As if by magic the shopkeeper appeared...!
Mr Benn is an ordinary man who leads an ordinary life and lives at number 52 in an ordinary street called Festive Road. One ordinary Saturday, Mr Benn receives an invitation to a fancy dress party. Mr Benn is not fond of parties, but he does like fancy dress.
He sets out to search the shops for something special to wear. He tries the big shops but doesn't find anything. He tries the not so big shops and still doesn't find anything. He tries the small shops in the side streets. Everywhere it is the same story - no fancy dress only ordinary everyday clothes. But at last in a back lane he finds a little shop with all sorts of interested things to wear. Mr Benn enters the shop and, as if by magic, the shop keeper appears!

In every episode Mr Benn goes into the fancy dress shop and tries on a new costume in the fitting room. After admiring himself in the mirror he goes through another door into a magical world of adventures associated with his costume.
After his adventure the shop keeper returns Mr Benn to the ordinary world and when he gets home he always finds that he has a souvenier to remind him of his exploits.
Sculpture comes brand new in box, mint condition, never been displayed, only opened to check for damage.
