For Deb Gallagher, colour is the key, 'Colour is my big inspiration. If my work only consisted of colour, that would be just fine with me. I like fresh colours and colour combinations, and design thats simple, not too complicated'. When she needs feedback on her art, Deb often turns to her four sisters and two nieces. 'They are all different with different tastes so they're a great gauge for me' said Deb. 'I want my work to be accessible, to appeal to everybody, I hope the first reaction is 'Wow, I love the colour and the patterns'.
