A truly stunning quality sterling silver porringer or whiskey taster, with double randled highlights on angular handles. Made by James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield in 1944. This piece has a very impressive weight of 140.8g or 5.54 troy oz.
The porringer measures 6" in length handle to handle, 46mm from base to upper rim.
